Each piece of land is full of trees you will have to have cleared before you can build anything on it.

Land is sold in acres and each acre costs $250.

If you would like to have stream or lake on your lake, if will cost $50 per acre you wish it to be on.

Ok, since I didn't make it extremely clear. If you want a lake or stream on your land, it costs an ADDITIONAL $50 per each acre you wish it to be on. Please pm me to let me know if you still want it.
