Banking Rules:

Starting:

After each member posts on the joining board, I will create a bank account for them. Each bank account starts off with $5,000.

Checks:

Everytime a member writes a check for an item purchased, I will debit that amount from their bank account and credit it to the person that the check is written to.

Check Format:

To: (person you are writing the check to)
Date: (Date you are writing the check for)
For: (Item or Animal you are buying)
Amount: (Your total amount of the items or animals you are buying)
Signature: (Your members name)

Loans:

If you are in need of money, you can go to the bank and fill out a form. After the bank has accepted your loan, it will be credited to your bank account.

You will be required to pay the bank back for the money it has loaned you, plus an WPR (Weekly Percent Rate). WPR will be debited from your bank account each week, along with the weekly amount you will pay the bank for your loan. Both will vary.

Weekly Rates:

Loans have to be paid off in 4 months (1 year in game life). Therefore, your weekly payment will be what you loaned from the bank divided by 12.

Weekly Percent Rate:

Each week you will be charged a WPR depending on if you have a job, or not and if you have taken out a loan before.

If you do not have a job, your WPR will be 20% of the amount of the loan that you currently owe the bank.

If you do not have a job but have borrowed money before, then your WPR will be 15% of the amount of the loan that you currently owe the bank.

If you have a job, your WPR will be 10% of the amount of the loan that you currently owe the bank.

If you have a job but you have borrowed money before, then your WPR will be 5% of the amount of loan that you currently owe the bank.
